- Handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
All temperatures meet health requirements:
* Walk in cooler at 4C
* All other prep/line coolers at 4C
* Chest freezers at -18C
- Bleach solution available in spray bottles, concentrations at 200ppm
- High temperature dishwasher available, adequate sanitization temperature reached via hot water at 72.9C
Note: Discussed with cook staff that high temperature dishwasher must be warmed up so that water is dispensed at 60C for 'wash' temp and 82C for 'rinse' temp before warewashing begins
- No evidence of pests detected during time of inspection
