Routine inspection of the food store conducted.

Temperatures:
- Walk-in cooler: 2C.
- Retail coolers were at or below 4C.
- Retail freezers were at or below -18C.
- Cut fruits and peeled garlic packs were stored in display coolers - GOOD.

General:
- Hand washing sink was equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and disposable paper towels.
- General food storage practices satisfactory at the time of inspection. Food is stored off the floor on wooden pallets at least 6" high.
- Delivery logs are kept up to date.
- Randomly selected food items were within their best before dates.
- General sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection.
NOTE: Ensure cardboard and food debris under the pallets in the walk-in cooler are cleaned routinely to prevent build-up.
- Facility is monitored by a professional pest control company. A copy of the report is to be emailed to the inspector.
- Temperature logs were up to date.
