Comments

Follow up inspection.
The following items were CORRECTED:
- Hole under three compartment sink has been sealed with non-chewable metal wire mesh

The following items are TO BE CORRECTED:
- Clean and sanitize floor in storage area where rodent droppings were discovered during previous inspection. This has not been completed.
- Clean and sanitize cupboard behind under counter cooler unit next to wall. This area had been cleaned and sanitized according to staff however, more rodent droppings have been located in this area. Pull cooler unit out and search for holes in wall. There appears to be a hole surrounding plumbing that could be the source of the rodent infiltration. Seal any holes with non-chewable materials such as metal

NOTE: The services of a PEST TECHNICIAN are to be increased to ONE TIME PER WEEK once the food court reopens with new restaurants. This will be required for all tenants to deal with increased volume of food production facilities and risk of rodent infestations in future.
