Routine inspection of Church Kitchen conducted: This facility/kitchen: Provides meals for poverty relief on Mondays to Fridays. Is a rental/commissary kitchen for other vendors, each have their own dry storage closets and coolers/freezers that they are responsible for. -Walk in cooler (shared with a vendor). -Dry storage area - satisfactory. -High temperature dishwasher achieved 72.5 deg C on rinse cycle at dish level. -Quat sanitizer at 200 ppm Quats. -Utensils stored in a sanitary manner. -General sanitation - satisfactory. -Fan food - satisfactory (ensure that cleaning has been done as per schedule). -No signs of pests. - Room beside main kitchen has various mixers/equipment used by the vendors. There is also a 3 compartment sink and handwash sink inside this room. - Foods in cooler and freezers are covered and protected from contamination. - Dry storage area was organized, all foods stored off floor.
