Corrective Action(s): The cooler is to be serviced so that it can maintain foods at or below 4 degrees C. Do not store any cheesecakes or other products that require temperature control in this cooler. Operator is to contact the district health inspector when the cooler is serviced.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Freezers measured at or below -18 degrees C.
(see violation for an exception) all coolers measured at or below 4 degrees C.
General sanitation is adequate.
3 compartment sinks used for manual dishwashing. Drain plugs available.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time - professional pest control company contracted.
General food storage is adequate.
In-use utensils stored in sanitary condition.

Note: The operator wants to offer high tea and coffee menu for dine-in. Dine-in area appears to be closed at this time. Discussed requirement for dine-in for more than 10 seats (e.g., mechanical dishwasher, etc.). Operator is to contact the district health inspector once plan is finalized.

Follow up inspection is to be conducted once the cooler is serviced, but no later than July 28, 2021.
