Follow-up inspection to report # ZDER-AZFQR5 -Strategies have been implemented to tackle mouse issues in kitchen. Wood has been installed at the base of the back door, dry storage door and staff washroom to control possible pest entry under doors. Discussed the replacement option of a "door sweep" instead of a solid piece of wood (possible tripping hazard for staff). -Decrease in pest activity noted. -Owner is looking to change pest control company's and work with neighboring unit and create an integrated pest management plan between both units/same building next month Note: additional fetal alcohol sign provided for men's washroom
