Comments

On Follow-Up: Operator did not have proper permits to replace the grease trap so the work on it was stopped midway. Pieces of concrete have been placed back into the floor gap and a board placed over it until the appropriate permits have been obtained to continue the work. The board is loose on top of the floor and is a tripping hazard. As discussed, cover the area properly so that it's safe for workers to step on. This is only a temporary solution. Make sure the work is completed as soon as possible. Manager has not been able to obtain the paperwork required for the bastings. These have been moved into the cooler. Natas will continue to be stored inside the cooler. Walk-in cooler temperature was 2 degC.
