Observation: Hand sink next to three-compartment sink has no hot water available. Hand sink not in use at this time.
Corrective Action(s): Operator stated hand sink will be relocated eventually and will have hot water connection. Another hand sink is available at the front prior to entering production area. Three-compartment sink is also available for hand washing in the meantime. **Ensure to submit updated floor plan reflecting the change in hand sink location.

- Quat sanitizer available in spray bottle and from main dispensing unit at 200 ppm
- Three-compartment sink available
- Bins that are too large for sinks are washed, rinsed, and sprayed down with sanitizer in receiving bay and left on racks to air dry
- Both walk-in coolers were at or below 4C
- Proofer satisfactory
