Corrective Action(s): Dishwash the ice scooper and discard the affected ice with the handle. Store the ice scooper in washable container outside of the machine

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sinkful of defrosting chicken wings with cold running water.
Corrective Action(s): Do not remove the frozen meats from the plastic packaging when defrosting under running water.

Leave the frozen meats in the plastic packaging then submerge in the running water to protect from contamination

-Family run business who live in the same household -any kitchen staff from a separate household must wear a mask during the pandemic
-enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of contact surfaces between customers: chairs, POS pin pad
-Sanitizer dispenser available for public
-Maximum 6 people in a party from same household
-separation of minimum 2 meters between parties for the dine-in customers and <50% seating capacity
NOTE: chairs should be removed to indicate which tables which customers are to use
