Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Small container of green salad measured at 12C with inspector and premises thermometer. The reason for this was unknown.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Commercial dishwasher was checked multiple times with inspector's and premises test strips reading 0 ppm chlorine. Last check was 6:15am today at 100ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Reprimed sanitizer line and multiple runs of the dishwasher were cycled through. 100ppm was achieved. Rerun all dishes and equipment through the dishwasher today so that they are properly sanitized to a 5 log reduction standard.
