Liquid handsoap dispenser at front handsink is not working (could not get soap out) 2. Garbage can placed in front of the front handsink Corrective Action(s): 1. Staff has replaced liquid handsoap dispenser with a new dispenser. Liquid handsoap is now available at handsink. 2. Garbage can is moved to somewhere else. Observation #2 has been noted in 3 consecutive routine reports. Correction order issued. A violation ticket will be issued each time if garbage can is found in front of handsink. Violation Score: 15
