Comments

- Dry storage room and floors in all areas have been deep cleaned. No mouse droppings noted on floors at time of inspection. - Pest control operator has been on-site and new traps have been placed. New invoice available for review. Bi-weekly services have been set up. - Ensure to continue checking for pest activity on a daily basis, and clean floors in dry storage room, underneath equipment, and in all corners on a weekly basis at a minimum. - Continue checking walls and ceilings for any holes, and have these holes sealed permanently. *Placing sticky traps over holes is NOT a permanent sealing method. - Ventilation canopy has been cleaned and sanitized - Soap dispenser has been ordered and still needs to be installed at the wall by the hand washing sink. Soap in a temporary pump dispenser is available in the meantime. - Application form for facility name change received at time of inspection. Once new permit arrives in the mail, ensure to post this permit with the new name on the front wall.
