General comments: - Handwashing station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. - Coolers at 4'C or below. - Freezers at -18'C or below. - Bleach sanitizer available at 200ppm in spray bottle (mix with 1tsp bleach with 1L water to make solution; recommended to purchase test strips). - High temperature dishwasher achieved 78.2'C at plate level after final rinse cycle. - No signs of pest infestations. - Dry storage satisfactory. - General sanitation is satisfactory.
