Toppings prep cooler unable to maintian 4 deg. C or colder. Air temperature at insert level was 5.9 deg.C, at undercounter level was 10.6 deg.C. No perishables stored.
Corrective action: please ensure this cooler is repaired as soon as possible. Failure to comply may result in further progressive enforcement.

These correction have been made:
- No longer storing perishables in topping cooler until repairs.
- Wiping cloths submerged in sani bucket.
- 200ppm QUATS detected in all spray bottles and sani bucket.

Remaining action item:
- Ensure the toppings cooler is serviced to maintain 4 deg.C or colder.

* Continue to store all perishable items in any of the other functional coolers in the meantime
