-Coffee area coolers were both at 4C.
-Sandwich cooler was at 4C.
-Back upright cooler was at 4C.
-Customer area bank cooler was at 4C.
-Back upright freezers were at -10C/-15C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily. Ensure staff are consistent in recording temperatures in C or F.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 74C on the glass surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer dispenser was at 200ppm.
-Coffee machine sanitized with 200ppm Quats sanitizer after each use.
-Sanitizer solutions changed every 2 hours. Solutions were tested at 200ppm
-Blender containers sanitized every 4 hours.
-Ice machine was clean and sanitary. Ice scoop stored in a sanitary manner.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and air hand dryer.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalence valid until November 26, 2025.
