Observation: Food debris observed on the blade of vegetable cutter. This equipment was not being used at the time.
Correction: Clean and sanitize the vegetable cutter. Food equipment must be cleaned and sanitized immediately after use. Correct by: immediately.

Observation: Tomato sauce and pineapple bits were stored on the prep counter under ambient air temperature. Internal temperature measured at 9C.
Correction: Move the aforementioned food into the sandwich cooler. Do not store any potentially hazardous food under ambient room temperature.

Correction: Clean and sanitize the deli slicer. Ensure to take apart the blade guard to sanitize the hard to reach areas. Correct by: immediately.

Observation: Hand washing station faucet and taps were removed at the time. Operator showed the new parts and it was being installed.
