- Kitchen and front washroom handsinks adequately supplied
- Coolers at temperatures less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius
- Freezers at temperatures less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- No evidence of pests
- Sanitizer solution at concentrations greater than or equal to 100ppm Chlorine
- Facility in GOOD sanitary condition

NOTE: As discussed during previous inspection: No processing is to occur in dry storage area as area lacks adequate handwashing facilities. This includes mixing of spices or vacuum packaging.

NOTE: Although no evidence of pests were discovered today facility has had major infestations in the past due to back property and surrounding area being heavily infested - plug hole in adjacent dry storage in corner
