Observation: 1. Found gap under Car Hop doors as weather stripping is missing.
2. Water is pooling around floor drain behind the ice machine, water is coming from large pipe in the wall.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Replace weather stripping on doors as soon as possible to prevent the entrance of pests.
2. Repair floor drain to accommodate larger water flow, or reduce the water flowing into the drain. Standing water can attract pests.

Observation: Found slight food and grease build up in hard to reach areas (i.e. behind/under deep fryers), and behind loose tiles.
Corrective Action(s): Increase cleaning in hard to reach areas, and repair loose or out of place tiles so food does not get trapped behind.
