Comments

- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Handwashing station (repackaging room) supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
- Two compartment sink (repackaging room) available for manual dishwashing. QUAT sanitizer available at 200ppm concentration. QUAT test strips available for testing.
- Surface sanitizer available in bottles at 200ppm QUAT solution at each station. Ensure to regularly change out the sanitizer.
- All food items stored on wooden pallets in the warehouse storage room.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. Pest management system in use. Ensure to follow the recommendations from the pest control company.
- Gloves, hairnets, aprons worn by staff.

Temperature Control:
- Walk in freezer (storage) = -18C
- Walk in cooler (storage) = 4C
- Cooler (receiving) = 4C
Note: Another walk in cooler not in use at the time of the inspection due to expansion work.
- Temperature monitored manually (once a day) and electronically (hourly). kept up to date.
