- All handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- All temperatures meet health requirements:
* Prep/line coolers at 4C or below
* Walk-in cooler at 4C
* Chest freezers at -18C or below
* Hot holding unit holding Chana Masala at 60C
* Sweets display cooler at 4C
- Canopy maintained in good condition during time of inspection
- Food grade chlorine sanitizer solution available, concentration of sanitizer 100ppm chlorine residual
- Low temperature dishwasher available during time of inspection, concentration of chlorine sanitizer at least 50ppm during final rinse
- Pest control in place, continue to follow Pest Control Operator's recommendations
- General sanitation of facility has significantly improved!
