Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No ice placed for individually packaged creams/milk for coffee. Picture taken. Ice placed in the morning all melted. Internal temperature of creams/milk at 16.1'C. All discarded.

Corrective Action(s): Manager came in during the inspection. Advised all staff regarding the issue. Ensure ice are replenished on a regular basis throughout the day.

Last change given as requested. Facility had recently opened with all newly hired staff. OK. Ensure to train all staffs regarding this matter.
