Routine inspection conducted: -Handwash station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. -Coolers operating under required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating under required temperature of -18'C. -Temperature monitoring system in place. Thermometers available. -200ppm chlorine solution available in 2 compartment sink and in a bucket to hold wiping cloths. -General food storage practice good throughout. -All foods obtained from approved sources. Receipts kept on site. -Equipment/tools are maintained in sanitary condition. -Good employee hygiene observed at this time. -Traps in place. Facilities checks the traps on a daily basis. -No evidence of pest activity observed. -Washroom handsink satisfactory. General maintenance and sanitation of the facility very good at this time.
