Introduction

An unscheduled follow-up inspection to the Routine Inspection # AFUN-CNKNA8 dated January 26, 2023 was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DOLSOP). All areas of the facility were inspected for compliance.

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

On the inspection date of March 22, 2023 there were 4 children and 1 staff present. At this inspection the contraventions identified during the routine inspection were confirmed to have been corrected. Discussions took place regarding the following topics: Active Supervision Lead in the Water Attendance records Visit the CCFL website at www.fraserhealth.ca/childcare for additional resources, and links to the Legislation (CCALA and CCLR).
