-Kitchen prep coolers were both at 4C (top and bottom).
-Service area prep cooler was at 2C (top and bottom).
-Single door upright cooler by the prep coolers was at 4C.
-Single door prep cooler in the kitchen was at 4C.
-Double door upright cooler was at 4C.
-Round freezer with frozen dumplings was at -4C
-Kitchen chest freezers were at -11C and -33C.
-Kitchen upright freezer was at -18C.
-Hot holding of rice and soup were greater than 60C. Korean sausage was less than 60C. Operator stated the sausages are used within 2 hours. Operator can store potentially hazardous foods between 4C to 60C for up to 2 hours if a time tracking system is used. After 2 hours, any product not sold must be discarded.
-Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 100ppm chlorine on the dish surface during the final rinse (minimum of 50ppm required for sanitizing).
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was labelled tested at 200ppm.
-General food storage good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination. Eggs stored at the lowest level.
-General sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection.
-Minor evidence of old droppings behind the rice cabinet. Ensure to continue to monitor for pest activity and implement pest control measure as needed.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until June 25, 2024.
