Routine inspection conducted: - Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at/below 4'C. Hot-holding units not in use at the time of the inspection. - Thermometers in place for temperature monitoring. - High temperature dishwasher achieved 74.4'C at the plate level after final rinse. - 200ppm Quats available at automated dispenser. Sanitizer spray bottle properly labelled. NOTE: Ensure to have the spray bottle refilled on a regular basis. - Tools in drawers maintained in a sanitary condition. - No evidence of pest activity observed. General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory throughout, but could be improved by cleaning hard to reach areas on a more regular basis i.e. floor of the dry storage room, top left corner of the ice machine requires a better cleaning- Empty out the machine first and scrub clean the mentioned area.
