- High temperature dishwashers are available in main kitchen and 3 serving stations. Final rinse temperature reached ≥ 71°C at the plate level.
- Ecolab Sink & Surface Cleaner Sanitizer is available. 272-700 ppm DDBSA and 704-1875 ppm lactic acid detected.
