Routine Inspection: - hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available at all hand wash stations - High temperature dishwasher reached 71C or above at plate surface - 200ppm chlorine bleach available for food contact sanitizer - Pastry/sandwich cooler was 4C or lower; sandwiches are dated with a stamp and then kept for a maximum of 5 days - Under counter coolers were 6C during inspection - monitor to ensure they reach 4C or lower - Back room: Freezers were -18C or below; cooler was 4C or below - Food storage practices were good; all food items were stored at lesat 6 inches off of the ground - No evidence of pest activity was observed during inspection - General sanitation and cleanliness was adequate Please contact the health officer if you have any questions or concerns
