306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): *Repeat Violation* Potato cutting equipment was observed with dried food residue. Staff are still unable to dismantle the equipment to adequately clean and sanitize. Staff cleaned and sanitized in place for the time being. Corrective Action(s): Ensure this equipment can be dismantled to be cleaned and sanitized, or cleaned in a manner where no food debris is left to dry. Violation Score: 9 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: *Repeat Violation* Prep cooler located infront of the stove/burner area is still not repaired. Temeprature measured at 12C. There was no food stored inside at the time of inspection. Staff explain that the technician was not able to come in this week. Corrective Action(s): Continue to not store any potentially hazardous foods inside the cooler until it can achieve 4C or less. Date to be corrected by: April 20, 2022 Violation Score: 9 311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)] Observation: *Repeat Violation* Paper towel dispenser has not been relocated closer to the handwash sink. Staff explained they attempted to move it, but were unable and may have broken it in the process. Corrective Action(s): Relocate the paper towel dispenser so that it is by the handwash sink. Follow-up inspection conducted regarding outstanding violations. Refer to report #ATHI-CDATDA -None of the three violations were corrected upon arrival. -No food was observed in the malfunctioning cooler -Spoke with owner, Jot, on the phone to re-iterate the issues. *Follow-up inspection to be conducted on April 20, 2022 regarding the issues noted above. If there is further non-compliance, enforcement may be needed such as issuing a violation ticket*
