Observation: Rice left in insulated container and rice warmer over night.
Corrective Action(s): Smells of food left out can attract pests. No food left out from previous night can be served the next day to the public so it must be dealt with at the end of the night and not left for the following morning.
Put away all food and throw out all garbage at the end of the night to remove possible food sources for pests.

Follow-Up inspection to complaint:
-Violations noted on inspection # ZDER-ARNP6P have been corrected
-Significant improvement in sanitation through out facility: floors, inside coolers, shelving, ice machine, dishwashing sinks
-No signs of pest activity noted: droppings and bedding have been removed and areas cleaned
*Pest control technician called in to provide consultation of possible pest entry points and prevention techniques. Owner has followed recommendations and sealed some possible entry points and implemented technician's recommendations.
-Sanitizer buckets noted with 100 ppm chlorine and wiping cloths
*ensure these buckets are refilled every 4 hours during operation and changed daily at the start of operation.
-Dishwasher noted 50 ppm chlorine at the plate
