Introduction

An unscheduled follow-up inspection to Routine Inspection # SMIA-C35TZN was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care & Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DOLSP).

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the inspection dated October 14, 2021 there was one child and one staff present. Licensing found all the contraventions identified in the Routine Inspection # SMIA-C35TZN were addressed. The inspection report was written off-site – details were reviewed with the Manager prior to writing the report. A copy of the inspection report sent to manager via email on October 14, 2021.
