On April 29, 2021, Licensing received a complaint with multiple allegations regarding the following: -Physical facility -Staff response to call bells -Insufficient personal care & care plan -Food services & nutrition -Restricted access to personal room and mobility equipment All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence from the Licensee was received and reviewed. The following contraventions were determined: Residential Care Regulation s.22 – Maintenance RCR s.52 – Privacy RCR s.74 – When restraints may be used RCR s.81 – Care plan needed if more than 30 day stay RCR s.82 – Implementation of care plan RCR s.85 – Policies and procedures. |
