Bar cooler - good.
Reviewed cooking temperature for hamburgers. These are fully cooked to 71C/160F for 16 seconds or to 74C/ 165F.
Thermometer available. Reviewed how to calibrate thermometer. A thin metal stemmed accurate thermometer (NSF or equivalent) is required to check temperatures.
Hand washing - blended water is at 128F (53C) at hand sink by dishwasher. Server hand sink is at about 125F. Hand sink at the back is at 88F (31C).
*** Check hand washing water temperature and provide 38 C minimum to maximum 49C water temperature at all hand sinks to facilitate proper hand washing.
