Follow-up to initial inspection. Garbage receptacles available at hand sinks. All coolers & freezer are equipped with accurate thermometers. QUATS sanitizer available onsite. EcoLab still needs to install dispensers. Scheduled for today. Send photo to health inspector today. Test strips available. Air drying racks have been installed above triple-sink. All shelving & racks have been set up. Facility has been cleaned & sanitized. Operator will be phoning in to pay for permit fees. **Health approval to operate will be granted upon installation of QUATS dispensers. Note: This approval does not exempt you from obtaining approvals from other regulatory agencies.
