Follow-up to report #NTRG-B9ES6V:

Code 209: Operator mentioned that raw meat was taken home. No other raw meat found in the freezers at time of inspection.

Code 306:
-The following areas appeared cleaned:
-Sandwich prep cooler (front): gasket, door, bottom
-Sliding door cooler (back): door, gasket, bottom.
-Domestic fridge/freezer (front): door, bottom, gasket, shelves.
-The following area was not cleaned:
-The floors underneath the shelves at the back under the food preparation counter had built-up of food debris. Operator mentioned that she will clean this tomorrow.

Code 308: Dishwasher was serviced and now meeting chemical sanitizing requirement at 50ppm at 41.2C. Resume dishwashing using the dishwasher.

Code 310: Single use containers were discarded after each use as per operator.
