Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The far left sink is also being used for hand washing, no liquid hand soap or paper towels available at that sink.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure liquid hand soap and paper towels are available at all hand washing stations at all times during operations. Staff member added liquid hand soap and paper towels to that sink during inspection.

- Walk in cooler and display coolers at 4C or below
- Middle hand sink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and paper towels
- 2 compartment sink available for use
- Staff washroom hand sink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap and paper towels
- Food stored and organized in a safe manner
- No signs of pest activity observed during the inspection. Ongoing pest control contract, biweekly visits, reports available for review.
- No cut fruits for sale during inspection, if cut fruits are available it must be stored at 4C or below

NOTE: Ensure temperatures of all coolers are recorded daily
