Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front of house handwashing station used as a dump sink and ware washing sink (for blender mixer).
**Corrected during inspection** Handwash station will be used for handwashing only. Blender mixer pitchers to be cleaned in kitchen sink.
Please educate staff on this change of procedure.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff not observed to wash hands when changing tasks from 'dirty' (e.g. cleaning clinet tables) to 'clean' (e.g. serving food to customers.
**Corrected during inspection** Educated staff on importance of handwashing and glove usage. Hands still need to be washed when using gloves.
