-Walk-in cooler was at 2C. -Front dairy cooler ranged from 1C to 4C. -Wall coolers were at or below 4C. -Upright freezer was at -15C. -Sausage freezer was at -19C. -Chest freezer was at -20C. -Handwash station shared with 2-compartment sink - supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -O2XY-Plus 29% hydrogen peroxide used for disinfecting surfaces (1:10 dilution for a 3% solution). -Bulk foods either dispensed using gravity feed or separate scoops for each item. Bulk food area clean and sanitary. -Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination. -Random selection of canned items were in good condition and were within their best before dates. -General sanitation good at the time of inspection. -Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. Pest control report for April 24, 2018 recommends repairing the door sweep for the back doors to prevent potential pest entry. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
