Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash station adequately supplied with paper towels, liquid soap and hot/cold running water.
-Coolers operating below required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating at/below required temperature of -18'C.
-Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
-Ventilation canopy hood serviced and maintained.
-100ppm chlorine solution available in a labelled spray bottle.
-Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
-Professional pest control company contracted for monthly visits.
-Dishwashing sink properly equipped for manual dishwashing.
-Washroom handsink satisfactory.

NOTE: Have the wooden blocks used for dessert production (no food contact) as shown at this time covered with tin foil and change on a regular basis.

General sanitation of the facility satisfactory throughout.
