Observation: A pancake mix bag on the floor in the dry storage area; uncovered plastic container with a liquid on top of the cooked and pre-portion poultry meat in the walk-in cooler; an ice-cram scoop/front/ is stored in the dirty water /organic debris/; uncovered white container with a liquid dough and tong in it in the walk-in cooler;
Corrective Action(s): All food must be stored off the floor; as well as must be covered; Do not double stack food; & an ice-bath must be used for the ice-cream scoops storage/please change it as soon as it melted/;
