Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One sanitizer pail was tested at less than 50ppm Quats (solution was cloudy).
Corrective Action(s): Quats sanitizer must be maintained at 200ppm to properly sanitize food contact surfaces. Ensure sanitizer pails are changed as needed, especially after heavy usage. Sanitizer pail was refilled with 200ppm Quats disinfectant at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Facility will be under going renovations this month - facility plans on keeping drive-thru open while renovations are carried out to the front of the facility. Contact the inspector after renovations to the kitchen have been completed but prior to operating the drive-thru area.
-Walk-in cooler was at 2C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -18C.
-Sandwich prep cooler was at 3C.
-Undercounter coolers were at or less than 4C.
-Dairy cooler was at 3C.
-Hot holding cabinets and wells were greater than 60C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 77C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-3-compartment sink Quats dispenser tested at 200ppm. Sink plugs available for sanitizer dispenser.
-Handwash station equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer used for Ice Capp drinks was at 200ppm.
-Mixing spoons stored in ice.
-Foods properly stored off the floor and labelled.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility monitored by a professional pest control operator. Ensure staff return monitoring stations to the original positions if stations are moved for cleaning.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washrooms (staff and customer) clean and well maintained.
