Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer bucket with cloth was measured to be at 0ppm Chlorine. Staff immediately changed the bucket and achieved 100ppm. Ensure buckets are changed regularly to avoid lack of chlorine in buckets.

Observation: Fume hoods above fryer has noticeable grease build-up. Maintenance is schedule for Oct. 25, 2021
Corrective Action(s): Manually clean the detachable fume hood compartments to remove grease. Maintain cleanliness of fume hood detachments regularly to avoid grease build-up.

Overall, premises is maintained in a sanitary manner.

Administrative:
-Permit displayed in a conspicuous location
-Staff with FOODSAFE Level 1 is present
-Temperature logs are being maintained

Storage and Cooling:
-All coolers (walk-in, prep cooler, and front display cooler) are at or below 4C
-Freezers are below -18C
-Dry storage is adequately maintained
-Food is stored above 6 inches off the ground

Sanitation:
-After correction, sanitizer bucket with cloth achieves 100ppm Chlorine
-Dishwasher is not in use due to only disposable take-out items. Dishes are being appropriately washed, rinsed, and sanitized.

-No signs of pest activity
