Routine Inspection conducted today.

Washroom handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine spray bottle measured at 200ppm.
Chest freezer measured at -20C. Observed pizza stored in the chest freezer to be purchased from Mission City Pizza. Roasted peanuts are purchased from Tootsi Implex Inc.
Stand-up freezers measured at -18C.
Stand-up cooler measured at 4C.
All food stored at least 6 inches off the floor.

NOTE: Ensure all packaged dry goods have Lot# or packaging date and location of packaging. Purchase bleach (chlorine-based) as original bleach have ran out.

Premises is permitted as a food store. No re-packaging or food processing permitted. Submit health approval application, food safety plan, sanitation plan, and updated floorplan for health approval if facility plan to re-package and/or process food. No peanut butter food processing permitted.
