Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 8 Kitchen utensils kept in warm water bath. Operator reports water bath is changed at the end of day. Operator clean and sanitized all 8 kitchen utensil. Operator reported they will prepare a 2 hour timer for the purpose of switching the water bath for the utensils going forward
