2. Multiple food scoops appear to be caked in food debris.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean and sanitize cutting board. If cannot be cleaned, replace cutting board entirely.

Observation: Bulk food bins were equipped with cups with no handles. Some food scoops were in use but the handle was buried in the food.

Observation: 1. Accumulation of food debris and grease observed in between and underneath cooking line equipment and gaskets in prep cooler.
2. Greasy cardboard observed in various areas in the kitchen.
3. Old rodent droppings underneath dishwashing area (corrected during inspection)
Corrective Action(s): Clean all noted areas regularly to avoid accumulation of food debris and grease. Discard all greasy cardboard. Ensure rodent droppings are cleaned up regularly. Correct by: Mar 22, 2023
