- All hand washing stations were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - Quats sanitizer solution available throughout at 200 ppm - High-temperature dishwasher in back area for scoops reached 74.3C at dish surface during rinse cycle - All sinks in back area maintained in sanitary conditions - Walk-in coolers and all display coolers measured to be at 4C or colder - All freezer temperatures were satisfactory - Bulk food area maintained in sanitary condition. Scoops properly stored outside of bins. - Food storage practices satisfactory, aisles organized and clean - General sanitation good - Pest control in place *Note: One meat display freezer was being defrosted at time of inspection and was not in use.
