- Follow-up to inspection conducted on October 30, 2023 (Report #YTAN-CX4NFX). - High-temperature dishwasher has been serviced and reached 72C at the dish surface after final rinse cycle. Dishwasher took about an hour to warm up - ensure to allow adequate time for the dishwasher to warm up prior to using to wash and sanitize dishes. - Reminder that any equipment that is manually washed using the three-compartment sink method must be sanitized using a chemical food-contact surface sanitizer. - Updated food safety plan for temporary catering of lunch and snacks received. Lunches and snacks will continue to be made at this location starting December 1, 2023. Snacks made at this location will also be delivered to the Sullivan location.
