Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection no approved food contact surface sanitizer available for use.
Corrective Action(s): A 100ppm chlorine or 200ppm quats solution must be available for sanitizing work surfaces in the filling area. Operator has purchased a bottle of bleach and instructions provided on the proper dilution to make a 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution. Label the spray bottle as bleach sanitizer and change regularly.

Routine inspection:

Hand sink in filling area provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Ozonated water used to clean bottles prior to filling.
New caps provided for filled bottles.
Filling done by operator and not customers.
Water is treated with reverse osmosis and UV light is applied. 20 micron and 5 micron filters also utilized.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
