Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Kay5 chlorine sanitizer used to sanitize milk shake machine measured at less than 50 ppm. According to the supervisor, the concentration is required to be 50 ppm to 100 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Discarded the chlorine sanitizer and refill with 100 ppm to 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer. Clean and sanitize the milk shake blender arm immediately. The label on the Kay5 sanitizer stated the concentration for food sanitizer is 100 ppm. 50 ppm is not sufficient as a chlorine based food sanitizer. In the future, ensure to maintain an concentration of 100 ppm to 200 ppm. Sanitation plan must be update on this change.

Routine inspection:
- Walk-in cooler, milkshake machine, under the grill cooler and sandwich cooler maintained at 4C or less.
- Hot food hot held above 60C.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quaternary ammonium sanitizer available in pail, spray bottle and from the dispenser.
- 3 compartment sink set up for manual dishwashing. Sink plugs available.
- Vegetable slicer and potato cutter maintained in sanitary condition.
- Food stored off the ground.
- Temperature records maintained and available for review.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time of inspection.

Covid19 Safety:
- Tables are physically separated by 2 meters. No more than 6 seats per table.
- Hand sanitizer available for patrons at the self-serving fountain. Signage posted.
- Staff observed properly wearing mask.
- Covid19 Safety Plan available.
