Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4°C. Yogurt cartons (singel-serve), milk in milk dispenser, and commercial-mix waffle batter all measured at above 4°C at breakfast bar. Yogurt 18°C. Milk 12.5°C. Waffle bater 17.8°C →PHF must be kept at 4°C or below under 4 hours. Operator was requested to discard.
Corrective Action(s): Corrected during inspection (discarded). Recommended procedure to be developed for his other staff. Please acquire thermemter to check temperatures.

This inspection was conducted by an EHO student.
-Paper cup observed inside dry oat container → Please use foodgrade scoops and store scoops properly to prevent contamination of oats.
-Coolers < 4°C with accurate thermometer
-Freezer measured at -12.7°C, temperature logs show -20°C consistently. Please ensure freezer temperature is maintained at < -18°C
-Hot holding > 60°C
-Hand wash sink observed with dishes. Operator says his sink is listed for occasionally washing dishes before placing in mechanical dish washer. Three-compartment sink is used for washing hand as per operator. Equipped with hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels.

→ Please ensure there is one sink dedicated for hand-washing.

-High temperature dishwasher final rinse 87°C, plate level 76.6°C.
-Quats sanitizer in spray bottle, 200ppm
-Ice machine clean
-General cleanliness satisfactory. No signs of pests.
