Follow up inspection Outstanding items: Staff have been enrolled in a FoodSafe course. Email the confirmation of registration to the EHO by Monday, December 11. Keep the number of eggs at room temperature to a minimum. Corrected items: The bleach spray bottle for the kitchen was tested at 100 ppm. The hand washing sink was not obstructed. A thermometer was installed in the storage room refrigerator.
